The Knowledge Wiki is an expansive repository of data, knowledge, and tools used by analysts at C4ADS. This is a growing repository of collected data housed in the platform as well as commercial resources identified by the C4ADS team across various data domains that are likely to be useful for PAI investigators. The knowledge wiki is made up of three components:
Data Dictionary – We record detailed information about all datasets housed in the system, as well as those that cannot be captured but are available for investigators to query externally. This includes information about sourcing, credibility, dates of collection, languages, countries covered in the data, search tips and tricks, and examples of this data being used in past research at C4ADS.
Support – The support page (where you are currently reading this page) is where we house help and support articles for users in the platform. If you have any questions about the data or OSINT methodology, this is a great place to start.
Tools Catalog – The tools catalog includes a list of open source and commercially available tools across various data domains that are likely to be useful for PAI investigators. These tools largely require an account separate from Seamless Horizons, with most being paid services, so the links are not a guarantee of access but rather a primer on tools available to the community.
